The differential pressure transmitters TST-DD 10.0 / 20.0 is designed for the differential pressure measurement of air and non-aggressive gases in the millibar range. The TST-DD 10.0 / 20.0 is used in numerous processes, for example in process technology, pneumatics or ventilation technology for filter monitoring. To measure the differential pressure, the open silicon measuring cell of the sensor is directly pressurized on both sides. The process connection of the two pressure sides takes place by means of hose connection with 3.5 mm or 5.5 mm length.
The differential pressure measuring range can be divided in half or doubled in the device by means of bridges. Therefore, the TST-DD 10.0 / 20.0 can be adjusted quickly and easily at any time. Depending on the requirements of the application, the differential pressure transmitter can be designed with or without a display. The version with display can display the measured value in bar or pascal. The output can be executed as an analog signal with 4 ... 20 mA or 0 ... 10 V DC, or as a transistor or relay switching output. The total measurement error at room temperature is ≤ 2.5% FS (optional 1% FS).
